Before you email us about your package the first thing you need to do is contact USPS or your local post office and open a missing package case! Often times the package is missing or marked as delivered because it is being returned to sender! Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package! Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and need to be taken up with them first before contacting us, as this will be exactly what we tell you to do before we can help you further! The USPS can not give out any information regarding missing packages to the sender (aka US). Thank you so much!

-- If you're package is undeliverable because of a wrong address provided or your package was not claimed at your local post office, it is your responsibility to contact us. We can reship your item for an additional shipping fee.

-- Occasionally an address gets rejected by stamps.com (the service we use to print our shipping labels) as the postal service does not recognize it. This is generally due to a typo. If we get an address modification suggestion, we will reach out to you to confirm. This is done to avoid returned/lost packages. Please make sure you give us a correct email address, and, of course, double check our address when ordering.

What is your shipping rate?

Pins, Patches, Keychains, Buttons
- All US orders are $2.50, excluding Hats and Ts
- All international orders start at $3. Each additional item you purchase adds $1.00 to your shipping charge.

T-Shirts & Hats
- Our T-Shirts & Hats are currently made out-of-house and shipped via a 3rd party. Applicable shipping charges apply.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?
- We currently process orders 3 days a week (M W F mornings) 
- If any of the items in your order are pre-sale, your entire order will ship out when the presale item arrives in the shop.

When will my item arrive?
- We currently ship through USPS First Class. US shipping is supposed to take 3 days, but please allow 1 week.
- International shipping can take up to 1 month.

How can I track my order?
- An email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically via our Shipping Service Stamps.com. If you didn't receive one, please first check your spam mail, and then contact us and we can manually send it to you.

How are items being shipped?
- All our small items (pins, patches, buttons, keychains etc) are being mailed in kraft bubble mailers. We do not pack items individually in plastic baggies to minimize plastic waste. All patches come with iron on instructions. 

- Tees & Hats are being shipped by  3rd company. If you have questions about the packaging, please feel free to email us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com

What is your return policy?
- We don't currently accept returns. If, however, your item is damaged upon arrival, please snap a photo of the damages and email it to us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com. We will gladly send you a new item (if its still in stock), or replace it with a similar item.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
